Who Needs Help?

Start Wherever You Are

We listen. Tell us as much or as little as you want. We explain your options: legal, health, counselling and safety, in words you understand. You decide — we act only with your agreement.

You Can Talk to Us Too

You can contact us too. Tell us what is happening, and we will help you to be safe and find an adult you trust. You will not be in trouble for asking for help.

If a child is at serious risk, we may need to act to keep them safe. We will tell you if this applies.

Tell Us What You Know

Tell us what you know. We will advise you on how to support them and, with their agreement, how they can reach us. If a child is at immediate risk, call 112 first.
